Shipping & Return

PAYMENT

We only accept the payment options available at checkout.

Online orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.

SHIPPING

INDONESIA

We use JNE for all domestic shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

We use EMS POS INDONESIA for international shipment.

Orders are generally shipped on the next business day (Mon-Sat) after they are processed. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which will provide a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Exchange must be received within 3 days from the date of delivery unless specified otherwise

Items must be in their original condition (Unworn, unwashed, not tumble dried, not altered or tailored), and must be accompanied by the appropriate product tags and sales receipt.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Needleworks Studios has the right to deny the exchange if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.

All international orders are final, no exchange or return.
