We only accept the payment options available at checkout.
Online orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order. 




We use JNE for all domestic shipping,


Rest of the world is required to transact manually by contacting our customer service on needleworks.st@gmail.com and all sales are FINAL for this order.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.



Exchange must be received within 3 days from the date of delivery unless specified otherwise.

Items must be in their original condition (Unworn, unwashed, not tumble dried, not altered or tailored), and must be accompanied by the appropriate product tags and sales receipt.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Needleworks Studios has the right to deny the exchange if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
