PAYMENT

We only accept the payment options available at checkout.

Online orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
We use Paxel / JNE for all domestic shipments. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and shipped the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail that includes your tracking number.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

International Orders
This website currently only supports domestic orders.
For international orders, please contact us directly to place your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

At NwS & MATA CLOTHiER, every piece is produced in very limited quantities.
To be fair to those who have been waiting or eyeing a particular article, we can only offer exchanges for size of the same article.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, not tumble-dried, not altered or tailored) and must include original tags + receipt.

  • We do not accept returns, unless the item is defective.

  • NwS & MATA CLOTHiER reserves the right to deny exchanges if the requirements are not met.

  • All international orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
